    Just to make things clear I was banned for 7 days hence I did not make any post on PEN at HC.

    Great Management Great Project and "Great Location" i.e. U.S.A. Location Location & Location.

    Management is Smart but lucky too. PEN completed all NRC formalities before Japanese issue.

    Any how "Luck follows those who work hard"
