No not necessarily... DER will publish the works approval on Mondays. PLS may still receive all the necessary approvals before hand ...
There is a mountain of licences and approvals from different agencies and permission letters from mum that goes into it... Which according to consensus is all done and the final piece is falling into place now..
After that you have the fun part of working around any conditions that you choose not to fight in the draft...
And the public can review the works licence, the mining proposal and licences and make objectioms within 21 days??...
Which is extremely unlikely to happen... But fun non the less.. Let's hope there is no type of rare frog living in the tailings that everyone has failed to see before...
Maybe a mutated tantalite/lithium pooping frog. That would be awesome..! $_$ quickly look! I jest... Just exciting times things are playing out as predicted.
