    I'm a bit confused.

    Company presso says:
    "Capital costs reduced to US$505M (inclusive of 15% contingency on direct and indirect costs)"

    but Public consultation docs say:

    Capital Investment* Total DKK 7.79 Bn (US $ 1.24 Bn)

    Could anyone clarify for me??
