Maybe, in part, because of Kvanefjeld mining controversy added to differences among coalition parties such as fishing, independence, healthcare, high unemployment, education, young people dissatisfaction and definitely not much expected in government revenues. Kvanefjeld appears to be the ONLY source of substantial revenue that can be counted on in the near future. Wait till coalition members start realizing that and changing tune.
