I hope Albo intends reimbursing me and my missus for a day’s pay that we will miss out on if they win and it goes ahead. Public holiday means no work and no pay for us. Many of my wife’s colleagues are living pay cheque to pay cheque, missing a day’s pay will hurt them.
Funny how most people couldn’t care less about soccer , but we have a national team going ok and everyone jumps on the bandwagon. They won’t win anyway but Albo is a fool.
How about a public holiday when the NO vote gets up.
