My take too Whytee. I actually posted the below post a couple of hours ago but the system didn't post it. Anyway perhaps you can take a look and see if I'm off the mark in any way.
I am not aware of the current TGA approval timeline for InVivage as all the focus seems to be on FDA appoval. However, without the device having the certification, sales cannot happen. So doing a marketing campaign before the certification is close to happening would seem not pointless per se , but not logical from a marketing perspective. InVivage trials for oral cancer are ongoing, and new breast trials are yet to start, indicating the approval process, I believe, is more than a year away.Others better in the know may see my understanding of the current situation is completely wrong (not for the 1st time), but until the studies are completed, peer reviewed and then published, with hopefully positive outcomes, and then approved for sales, the public at large have no impact on short term sales. Convivo and Five2 are at a completely different stage. That's where the marketing needs to happen as they can generate sales now
