Which had reached an agreement, ON WHAT! Where is the rest of the Decision? They threw out the second injunction because it was primarily baseless, but have not adjudicated on the first.

As this is Public there should be a TH before ASX opens, on the BASIS, ONLY THE 2nd INJUNCTION WAS DECIDED. There has been no decision made.

European market is still equal to ASX.
