Well our time has now come! This is a major step towards approvals. Ben is an absolute legend. Thinking of sending him a bottle of champagne.

Once the formal approvals are granted this will allow the company to move towards their maiden JORC! According to the application they are applying for the permit to have a total of five proposed core hole locations so we will have a very good idea of the quality (and quantity) of Potash deposit in the key areas.

With respect to the price action, the sell side dried up big time over the course of Thursday and Friday. The value traded overall was quite small and i can imagine alot of punters who joined the party late last year and left earlier this year will want to come back. I dont think anyone in their right mind would want to offer stock at current levels so guessing the price reaction will be pretty massive over the next week. Will not be surprised to see it break through 70 cents on Monday and may look to hit north of $1 before the end of the week. Yes there is a risk that the final approval may not come or it could be pushed towards July, but things are finally starting to move in the right direction.. Wondering if the Doctor would put this back on his buy list? He did it before with ELM...

Well looking at the POK market cap, it is around $26 million now. Cash is $4 mill and RAD shares are worth $6 mill so implied value of Paradox project is $16 million. With the upside becoming clearer this should be closer to $100 mill. So POK has the potential to be approx $110 million translating to almost a 4 fold gain from here (~$1.50).
