Bob I had an amount of respect for what you were trying to do until now. That is the CRAZIEST suggestion I have ever seen!!

So you don't have 5% of votes to submit your own 249D form and now you are hoping that OptionCo will let you ride on their coat tails via the CPSA and use their 5% to get your board included in their 249D application.

I suggest another idea - whoever gets their 249D form submitted first then the other party backs down and gracefully walks away.

I can then only hope that OptionCo get theirs in first, otherwise I'll be voting YES for the SOA.
