    maybe this is why we are seeing current weakness. i certainly haven't been able to find any other reason.

    Sunshine Heart (SSH) announces a public offering of its common stock, with a 30-day underwriter-option to purchase up to an additional 15% for overallotments. The size and terms of the offering were not disclosed. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including its ongoing clinical trial and product development activities. Shares -5% AH.
