Don't discount the fact that the Blues Bros and the major shreholding directors are in fact planning the likely takeout in the coming years.

It would be in the directors interests if there was a slow transfer of the 'public domain' holdings across to on market purchases by an entity on behalf of the Blues Bros. When a likely takeover is made by the Blues for the remaining shares they are essentially bidding at the concentrated directors share and this would take a significant premium to the directors over where the SP has been trading ...

? Who knows? I don't ever discount underhandedness when you have such powerful players involved.
