Your post (If correct) tells me Heathgate need AGS as much as Alliance needs Heathgate.
Once the Lease is granted and the Mine built,Alliance loses importance but its to Heathgate’s advantage to have an Aussie Company along for the entire ride when/if any future hurdles crop up and dealings have to be done with Government.imo
