Another rethink on your post and the significance of your line,

Has me thinking that therefore any legal documents would only have Alliance as the other “Party”, that in itself, presents a problem and even with the NTMA signed (from what I understand) it may not sit well with Alliance.
There maybe issues with the wording of the agreement ie
any future responsibility as far as Heathgate and Alliance is concerned .
I’m only surmising on what AGS released……..
"Alliance continues to work to progress the registration of the NTMA and subsequent grant of the mining lease."
Theres definately some sort of issue with the NTMA......as far as Alliance is concerned....imo
It seems beyond belief that the NTMA could have been misplaced and not presented.imo
