From Sunfish’s post, the Newspaper article alludes to some requirement that the two Parties do not agree on and as it appears to have been ongoing and with the NTMA signed, it(The signed NTMA)has no bearing on the delay.

It’s a matter of how long this dispute(Minor or Major) over whatever it is, will go on for.(If it was minor it would have been settled before the presentation of the NTMA. imo)

It would be handy to know what the "Issue" is, as its impossible to speculate on how concerning it is to the entirity and/or delay of the project.

In the mean time with little News coming ….the share price will continue in its down trend. If support is broken here we maybe looking at the high fifties....imo
