I agree, doing nothing, or the appearance there of, is not helping us.

I can understand that you don't lose value if you dont sell ( and as long as they don't issue more shares this should hold true) but seeing the sp continue to fall, is not installing confidence in:

The company
The project
Management
Timeone
The board

All of which should not be viewed in a negative light. But let's face it; share price talks, no one buys into or invests in a company to create jobs. It's all about the sp, boards hire mgt to increase the sp. even profitability comes second in short and long term incentive calcs.

So let's see some direct action to increase the sp! At 21.5 cents it's making a rod for the companies back.
