Language is powerful and persuasive...or the opposite.
Lets see it one more time shall we;
"It really highlighted to me that when it comes to announcements, you have to treat the reader like an idiot. You need to spell out everything. You need to treat the announcement as a sales pitch. Make it punchy, the reader shouldn't have to work to hard to work out what PLV is doing, what it has and what it's potential is."
