Last week I posted that I supported paying relevant and significant remuneration in order to retain competent people that can add value to and take our business forward. After all the only responsibility of all employees is to add value for the shareholders. It has never been more imperative for those relevant employees on the NWE pay roll to bloody well show that they are worth their position and $$ and listen to the shareholders, cop a wack and declare where they want to sit on the corporate ladder. Fact is lots of us on this forum have or do work in some very successful global/national business that have only been successful by continued growth and performance at the highest level. The point being is that I hope NWE management do not cast a dismissive eye over our comments as being made by an uninformed disgruntled few.
