Why does PPP bother with the expense of a Public Relation /...

Why does PPP bother with the expense of a Public Relation / Information officer position when the person in that position very rarely , if ever, responds to shareholder enquiries ?

I mean is the office personned by a cardboard cut out figure ?

I have wondered before if the woman concerned spends more of her time down at the nearby cafe or coffee shop than she does in the office.

She rarely seems to have the time to respond to emails. Not even the simplest reply like " Thank you for your email. I will get back to you with an answer to your query as soon as I can"

Can anyone find out what her hours of work are ? Or does she just come in once a month ?
Anyone else tried emailing her in recent times ? Anyone have a reply?
