As long as whistleblowers are treated so harshly and there are minimal lines of communication within a workplace you will get people putting views on social pages
My only other point is that being critical of your boss shows a severe lack of respect and probably that person would be better off working for someone else who they can give loyalty towards

At the end it is probably just a case of principals not keeping up with technology, a few more being sued for outspoken comments will bring some sense back to the world
