if you get killed or hurt on the job i can go to jail what happens to the people responsible for or the death aand destrution caused by bad decisions
Very unlikely, because the politicians have addressed this safety obligations on the employee’s..... management responsibilities is to ensure that employee’s have been trained up with all safety procedures to preform the task.
After that, in the private sectors they fail in their obligations to ensure these safety practices are adhered too...they don’t care how the work is done, as long it gets done!
