The key questions; 1) Will participation be voluntary? 2) Will participation be without duress? (Providing various entities your TFN is "voluntary" but not really.) 3) Will battery owners be rewarded with the true value of participation. 4) Will Participating battery owners be subsidised. 5) Will public servants controlling appliances such as air conditioners be truely voluntary?
