why don't you say which you think are good ways to go - ie. answer your own questions with ideas?
The key questions;
1) Will participation be voluntary?
2) Will participation be without duress? (Providing various entities your TFN is "voluntary" but not really.)
3) Will battery owners be rewarded with the true value of participation.
4) Will Participating battery owners be subsidised.
5) Will public servants controlling appliances such as air conditioners be truely voluntary?
as far as your point 5 ------------ the only way that 'public servants' will be in charge is if Duddo gets his big commo central planning power system going - run from canberra - government owned
why?
because power buying and selling is via private enterprise
