Well I don't see how people would learn better how to get along by sitting at home glued to a screen.(if they are).
I can see advantages for new mothers, people off work with long term injury or other situations of a like kind.
But as a way of life, I think it is not the way to go. If anything, imo, it could just create more problems for society in the way of social division and hostility.
