ask a resident of FNQ how well her administration have handled the situation you may be very surprised with the answer you receive. I also perceived her in a positive light with the TV coverage she made but the I'm told from someone who lives in the impact zone that things at ground zero are not what is being portrayed............why they handed out $1,000 emergency funding to everyone without vetting it (remember to roof batt and school rebuilding schemes)?? Its lead to some very interesting rioting which I won't share because it involves a minority group. Why aren't the media now covering the fact that +80 year olds are being left to do most of their own clean up post Julia's fly-in-out tour????

EIS and ML approvals shouldn't take as long as they do as QLD safety, environmental records etc don't justify it on any basis that are often quoted.
