I believe the so called consultant was working on the AZ side of things; that is why he is on board now. Also the other new hires have worked closely together in the past and have worked in the areas we need to get established. I am more than happy with the new team and I just want a few new run's on the board to show we are progressing .
ADR's woe's started long before any of this team were on board; with way too much time spent on development and not enough on commercialisation and marketing; should not be too long now.
