    re: vcr capital raising for sure !!! They could make a simultaneous Announcement on the next Trial and raise the cash by placement at the same time.

    It is clear that they want to be part of the next trial; for how much, I don't know; some of the talk is designed to keep the marauders out and obviously they would do some posturing as well, I would guess.

    The latter doesn't matter to me as I am only interested in the end result.
