Not sure if I can agree on today's oil price being in any way connected to the future viability of wave energy.
Perhaps some sort of case could be made in regard to remote locations that rely on diesel for power generation but even then the cost of transportation makes up a significant portion of that cost.
In other locations where wave generated power will feed into the grid, I would think the cost of coal and uranium would have more relevance.
As well, the cost of oil may skyrocket in the future, depending how the world reacts to the atrocities in Paris.
