AED, from what I was able to find out from their annual report, are bogged down with Puffin in a court battle with one of their contractors. (Supreme Court of Victoria).

It is, in my opinion costing us(NWE) time, which is being taken up ..... and to AED money, paying lawyers.
It needs to be sorted out.
The loosers are everyone, .... huge legal costs, delays in development and therefore valuable royalty earnings to us etc.
AED and the contractors will both be unhappy with the decisions of the court.

At least the resource is appreciating in value.
