Puntland price at the moment is probably around RMP current shareprice resulting in a market cap of ~70 million.

Given that Georgia is not even mentioned in the Australian article then it is definitly parked at best as I have prevuiosly stated.

Condidering T&T is approximately half what we paid for it now and running a loss right now I would say it has a value of around 70 million too.

Obviously Texas is worth around ~60 million - hot off the Australian press.

To that end I would say that ~2p per share is puntland right now so I believe Range will take 33% of shares out - around 750+ million shares (~180 million share dilution still to old T&T owners on getting to 1600 BOPD) and do a 3 new free Puntland share for every 10 shares held in range to list at 6p and do a capital raising for an additional ~200 million shares to raise 12 million cash.

Anyone else got an opinion on the spinoff price?
