CASH?? Meo need to be very careful where they spent the next dollar. We have 30% of this project so i guess MEO are hoping that together with the new partner they are able to proceed to the next stage with this venture a lot sooner and realise its potential rather than owning 100 % and sitting on it. If Meo had $50 million in the bank , it would have been different.
