    NZ500k (AUD 446,400) its a no brainer. But IMHO, there could be an alternative. Do a deal with Caliera for say-50% of license PEP51153 + free carry on Shannon drill + free carry on Puka repairs in exchange for not exercising MEO's pre-emptive right. I hope PS has his thinking cap on and his negotiating skills finely honed as MEO is definately in the box seat on this one.
