WEB's profit is less than 10% what FLT makes and in light of integration costs (which would be high given its many brands and international presence), it probably would not be worthwhile for FLT IMO. However WEB remains market leader in Australian online travel agencies and FLTs domestic growth has been stuttering, so perhaps the temptation would be there.
