Agree with your view on sector but dont think it will ever work in WRG with current management. The way I read the Prospectus tells me these guys had fun at the trough even including the issue. There were fees EVERYWHERE ! 1% to Vitlich the CEO, 1% to Harcourt, 1% to Ross Lydon James, performance bonuses to other execs, 6-7% to the brokers, consulting fees to the directors and truckloads of money along the journey. What a deal !!! I should have become a consultant too, at least that would cover the losses of my stock since it has listed. Stupidly I thought that performance would entail some degree of actual performance but I assume not. I wonder whether the compoany will actually make any announcement about how much they actually raised in real money (does anyone know?) and where it has gone already.

By the way I was completely confused about their "contracts" do they have any ?
