One of those situations when charts useless as a prediction tool.

Imo, speculators in the IO market headed to sidelines as USA decided they have had enough of the provocation from the North Korea Garden Gnome.

How long the IOP lags depends on how long speculators on sidelines which depends on how long it takes the Garden Gnome to fold.

Chart looks pretty but unfortunately useless in this situation.
