A Chinese company has signed a 20 year off take agreement with an Australian graphite explorer company operating out of Mozambique. If China is producing so much graphite, why is a Chinese company buying graphite being dug out from a country in Africa? Because the graphite quality in China is shyte, and its not as cheap to produce graphite in China as it used to be.
