I don't know if CBA is unique but it has only passed on .25 of the lastest 1% cut in interest rates onto Margin Loan holders. I have a large margin loan that I will now reluctantly need to hold onto for a long while until I can recoup some of my losses. Any relief I could get on the interest rate would be welcome. I suppose CBA is doing it tougher than I am.
