Lordo, the real news isn't just an announcement of a partner for the mill project. It surely has to be a three party announcement - GNS, mill partner and GNS' arrangements for funding its share of the project.
Partner and GNS funding are intertwined - I cannot see how they cannot be announced separately. On their own they leave more questions than answers.
The longer GNS' announcement responding to the Burke approval is delayed, the more likely I think it will also be the great denouement. Might be sooner than many think, especially if it was all stitched up months ago; just waiting for Burke.
