This is my thinking too.
Ann of the final approvals is pretty much open & shut ho hum seeing as it is already all over the news.
Therefore absolutely no reason to delay lift of trading halt other than composing short statement to accompany ann. Takes no time to put together unless going to add to the ann with extra news.
If this is so then it will all be good, good, good!!
