I've made the point before - you make your bed you lie in it.

Gunns pulled out of the normal assessment with threats of 'we will pull out of the whole project if it isn't started in a few months' yet here we are years later and they are still happy to try and get it going....

If they had let be assessed properly (like everyone else's projects!) they would have these problems and people couldn't claim about it.

And for all the people who think the gov will help them out (yet again...) with any of their problems - legal, financial, or pipeline easement forced acquisitions etc. Well consider this - the Green party will almost certainly hold the balance of power in 2 weeks time after the state election. Do you really think they will pass any assistance to Gunns and the biggest environmental issue in the state for a long time??
