    I made the point quite clearly without crowing about whose opinion may have higher weight.
    I'll back the Constitutional Lawyers bigger ass than the
    GNS and Tas Govt Legal asses on this one.

    The precedent set by Gunns litigation and its level of success to date is not one that would fill me with confidence.

    Add to that the problems that are yet to surface as the compulsory acquisition of land for the PULP MILL pipeline
    is challenged(which the govt has denied is the case but clearly is IMO and many others)I think Gunns litigious streak will have to continue (and with an ailing share price).

    Geez! its all the fault of those rastafarian rent a crowders and horses posteriors that are lawyers for the greens!

    I'll bet London to a brick that if a challenge can be mounted and is not funded by the Commonwealth, there will be sufficient ordinary citizens in Tasmania that will contribute to the case, even if it costs $M.

    I will gladly contribute. This corruption of the process of our democratic principles must be stopped.

    Gunns has made its bed It must now lie in the bugs it has seeded.
