Lordo, today looked again extensively for the Edwards' report but still no success. I'm pretty certain it's not currently publicly available on the web.

It seems that all the media reporting has been based on Christine Milne's press release, apart from the Launceston Examiner, which mixed in a bit of Milne's comment made at a public meeting where the general "results" (sic) of the result were announced by her. Pretty shabby reporting, really. Reporters I speak to know the greens manipulate them (e.g. forest protests in Tasmania) but they get suckered in every time.

At least its absence helps to place the report in context - absolute garbage until anyone, whether indifferent, project supporter or anti-everything, can critique it.
