The address for Pulsemarkets is apparently a serviced office address:

I understand that companies can have stand-alone offices within a Servcorp space, and I hope that at a minimum that is the case here. Unless Pulsemarkets are on Floor 19, but independent of Servcorp.
In any case, not very impressive or professional, in terms of first impressions.
