There are real pockets of enthusiasm for ACL - one is 'Under the Radar' report. It's in their top ten.And very nice to see Hunter Hall lift their stake; maybe they sensed, like me, some sagging of sentiment while we wait and decided to firm it up a bit!
That 'sagging' could be partly because there have been a couple of nasty Biotech surprises in the past few months that slashed their owners' stakes. That might well put a bit of a chill into the sector...but that was them and this is us - for now, I remain 'positively expectant'.
