My guess is that EYE has been the victim of a pump and dump which does not overly surprise me given that there are organized investment groups operating in the market that simply play the numbers game by buying and selling low priced companies that specifically release material announcements on any day. They look for the 10 or 20% price up tick before flipping the stock either on the day or the day after the trade. They certainly don't seem to care about fundamentals, just making a buck or accepting a haircut on a trade gone bad. The strategy is aided by the fact that most lower capitalized companies do not have institutional shareholders on their registers that could prove to be a spanner in the works for them? I guess that is what we are up against while EYE trades in this low end price range.

Agreed, I waited around on the sidelines of this one and bought on the solid quarterly report, disappointing action today...
