agree - there has been some hype re BLY, but from the little I know re shares..if they are gonna have a capital raising of some sort, BLY & brokers will need to maintain the confidence in this stock, so they get max raising.

BLy might waver a little, but the aim my guess is to maintain the momentum and I guess hits ..errrr 50c or more, so the CR is at 30 or 35c.

If BLy falls and hovers around 30c, people will loose confidence and the take up will be sub par.

Thats being said, as we have all said, things are better than 6 months ago, and BLY + others are on a somewhat better position to prosper.
