At a guess most of the investors that got in at 3c are now realising their value as they are unsure with the CR and future efforts. I look at the #buyers regularly and the sell side has been going up for a bit now.

Then you have a people waiting for the 19c or under scenario so I'd say fair few on the sidelines waiting. But when they realise they aren't going to get there or the price starts moving on them they may fomo into it. I'm happy to buy at 20-20.5c. It's such a small difference it's not going to matter.
