What if it's not the capital holding it back? could it be red tape, non agreeable political terms or something of that nature? perhaps it's just not ready.
I'm as fed up as anyone and have a lot invested but I'd rather all deals with foreign government and all contracts done properly so when it does get over the line it stays there. Good luck everyone, I hope we see some progress soon.
