Hi all,
Just before you give the current board too much slack, remember that they all put their hands up and applied for the jobs. They knew the company position and tasks required ahead. If you can't do the job, don't apply.
It's not charity.... from the goodness of their hearts either. They're being paid well, with very very very generous self awarded options.
They also set their targets for themselves. Targets that they are missing.
It's very hard to be positive, when there is stuff all communication as well. It's disrespectful to shareholders.
