    I'm a non-holder, so have no bias either way.

    However, based on the announcement, I would think that the typical BNPL consumer ($1000-$3000 account) wouldn't be the main intended market for this product. It would be a bonus if they took market share from other players, but I would be surprised if they could make big inroads here.

    Where the product may compete, is with the likes of Zip Biz, higher-limit credit cards, and small business credit cards/loans.

    The sectors where they are launching seems to indicate that some of the markets they are aiming for, are related to large consumer purchases, and small business purchases (solar, automative, trades etc).

    Key features of MoneyMe+ include:
    • Finance available between $1,000 and $50,000;
    • Interest-free repayment terms from 6 to 48 months; and
    • Fast online approval with seamless checkout experience.
    MoneyMe+ launches in solar, healthcare, cosmetics, home improvements, education, automotive, trades services and more sectors.
