MMX was no innocent party but a key party in this grubby affair. As to proving it. Well CHM laid out its evidence and its witnesses took to the stand.
MMX well like rats off a sinking ship their witnesses decided not to take the stand.
Their defence from what I can find out turned into a quantum arguement not trying to disprove what happened.
What happened to the "without foundation" claim. I wonder if ASX will review that one given it was made during the middle of a takeover.
